Regional Victoria is keeping the team at HH busy and on the move. After successive long weekends we thought we would share some of the many projects we are currently working on outside of the Melbourne Metropolis.
On the Bellarine Peninsula in Portarlington, we are assisting a Geelong based developer shift a portable church to make way for boutique apartment development and ‘general store’ style café.
Earlier this year we assisted clients in Geelong achieve a landmark approval designed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke Architects in Gordon Avenue, Geelong West.
Our planning and urban design team are working towards the approval of several new residential communities in Wodonga.
At the foot of the Victorian Alps on the Great Alpine Road in Bright our urban designers and planners recently presented a concept to the decision makers at Great Alpine Shire Council for a new residential development on a former tobacco farm.
HH landscape architects are working on several townhouse developments in Gisborne aimed at local downsizes and ‘tree changers’ from Melbourne.
At HH we have a passion for the development of Regional Victoria and we relish the opportunity to hit the road dreaming about the opportunities in years to come.
